Yes. The TKAWEN ID account, professional profile, professional network, messages and applying to jobs and courses are all free of charge. What may be paid are the courses themselves at training centres, and their price is shown on each course page.
No anonymous accounts: sign-in is through TKAWEN ID only. The number of certificates under each member’s name is read from the issuance register on Algeria Certify, not from what the member writes about themselves. And an organisation carries the ‘verified’ badge only after its commercial register has been reviewed.
