This page describes what the network actually stores about you: where each field comes from, who sees it, and how long it is kept — then what you can do with it. It complements the General privacy policy for TKAWEN.
Your public profile does not show Not your e-mail, nor your phone, nor your national ID number, nor your address. Communication happens inside the network by messages. The only exception: your phone number is shared only with the training centre, if you entered it yourself when registering for a course.

If you have an active Algeria Certify account linked to TKAWEN ID, your profile on the network was created from Your name, wilaya, account type, bio and photo From there, and from your certificates issued in your name — nothing else. No email, phone, national ID number or address was transferred. You can hide the profile from your account dashboard at any time, and it is not shown again afterwards.
On TKAWEN’s own private servers, managed by our team, not with a third-party intermediary. Uploaded files (photos, CV) are also stored there. Backups are rotated automatically, so anything deleted disappears from them as they cycle.
When a post is reported, the TKAWEN team sees the reported content, the author’s identifier and the reporter’s, in order to decide. The team does not read your private messages except under a court order.
