Eight short rules govern the network: who joins it, what is posted in it, how certificates are verified, and how content is moderated. They complement the General terms of use and do not replace them.
There are no anonymous accounts in the network. Sign-in is through TKAWEN ID only, with one account per person under their real name. Impersonating a person or an organisation is a direct reason for hiding the profile. Organisation pages are managed by their owner and the people they add with roles, and carry the ‘verified’ badge only after the commercial register has been reviewed.
What you write in a post, comment or message is your responsibility. The network is professional: repeated advertising (spam), harassment or abuse, claiming certificates or qualifications that are not real, and inappropriate content or content that breaks Algerian law are prohibited. You may delete your posts at any time.
A certificate shown as ‘verified’ on your profile is read from the issuance registry on Algeria Certify and is not written by the member; each one carries a public verification code. Credentials from other bodies are added as ‘external credential’ under your responsibility and appear distinct from verified certificates. Falsifying a credential is grounds for hiding the profile.
You post jobs, training offers and requests in the name of a verified organisation, or in your own name for requests. The offer must be genuine, at the stated price or pay. Asking an applicant for any payment is not allowed. Registering for a course shares your name — and your phone if you entered it — with its centre only.
Messages are open between members of your network, with those who applied to you for a job, course or request, and with those who have messaged you before. You can block any member, which cuts all contact with them. Video calls run through LIQAA inside the network and are not recorded on our side.
Every post has a ‘Report’ button with a reason chosen from: spam, harassment, false claim, inappropriate content, or other. A human on the TKAWEN team reviews the report and chooses one of three decisions: reject the report and keep the content, delete the content, or delete it and also hide the author’s profile from the network and delete their posts. The author is notified of the decision within the network and can appeal at contact@tkawen.com.
You can hide your profile from the network from your account dashboard, download a full copy of your data in the network, or delete it from the «My data in the network» page. Deleting network data does not delete your TKAWEN ID account or your certificates on Algeria Certify; each has its own dashboard.
We may update these rules whenever a service is added to the network. The date of the last update appears at the bottom of the page, and the general terms of use of tkawen.com continue to apply to anything not covered here.
