The commercial register, CV and ID card are seen only by the review team, and managers’ phone numbers and addresses are never published.
Questions before you start
Is registration free?
Yes. Creating an account and submitting a trainer or organisation application is free.
Do I need a university degree to become a trainer?
No. We ask for your CV and proof of your training experience; a university degree is optional.
I already have a TKAWEN account. Do I need to register again?
No. Sign in, then choose «Trainer» or «Training organisation»: the application is submitted with your own account, without re-entering your details.
Who sees my documents?
The TKAWEN review team only. They are kept in private storage not accessible from the internet, and only what you choose to publish appears on your public page.
Does the organisations track accept companies and shops?
No. This track is for training organisations only: private training organisations, training centres and institutes, universities and higher schools that provide training, and training and consulting firms. We verify the training activity in the commercial register or the accreditation.
When does my organisation’s page appear?
After the commercial register is reviewed and the file accepted. Before that, only your team sees it, and you receive the decision by e-mail.
