How TKAWEN collects, uses, and protects your data across the ecosystem's products.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect what we need to provide our services:

  • Account data: name, email, and phone number when you create a TKAWEN ID or sign up for one of our products (Mystoq, LIQAA, AlgeriaCertify, Academy…).
  • Usage data: pages you visit, actions you take, and technical information (browser type, IP address) for security and improvement.
  • Transaction data: when you use paid or commercial services (such as Mystoq stores), we process the order and billing data required to fulfil the service.
  • Content you provide: whatever you upload or create inside our platforms (your store's products, certificates, files).

3. Purposes of Processing

We use your data to: operate and deliver the services, create and secure accounts, issue and verify certificates, process orders and payments, provide support, improve our products, and comply with our legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the performance of our contract with you, your explicit consent, our legitimate interest in operating and securing our ecosystem, or a legal obligation — in accordance with Algerian Law No. 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with: trusted service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, delivery such as Yalidine/Maystro, messaging such as WhatsApp) and only to the extent necessary; or the competent authorities where required by law. Our infrastructure remains sovereign, hosted on servers we control.

6. Cookies

We use cookies necessary to run the site, remember your preferences (language, dark mode), and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.

Your data is processed primarily within our sovereign infrastructure. When we rely on an external provider, we take appropriate safeguards to protect your data.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors below the legal age without a guardian's consent.
