The rules governing your use of TKAWEN's products and services.

By using any website, product, or service belonging to SOCIÉTÉ DE FORMATION ET DE SERVICES TKAWEN (trading as TKAWEN), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
TKAWEN provides an integrated digital ecosystem including — without limitation — e-commerce (Mystoq), video conferencing (LIQAA), certificate issuance and verification (AlgeriaCertify), accredited training (Academy), and technical and AI solutions. Some products may be subject to their own additional terms.
Using some services may require creating an account (TKAWEN ID). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You agree not to misuse our services, including: breaching applicable laws, infringing others' rights, publishing illegal or fraudulent content, attempting unauthorised access to our systems, or disrupting the stability of the service.
All intellectual property rights in the platforms, software, trademarks, and designs belong to TKAWEN or its licensors. Using the service grants you no rights to these elements other than the limited right of use consistent with these terms. Content you create yourself remains yours, and you grant us a limited license to host and display it to operate the service.
You are solely responsible for the content and products you publish through our platforms (such as your Mystoq store) and for their compliance with the law. We reserve the right to remove any infringing content.
Paid services are subject to the prices and payment terms announced at the time of subscription. Subscriptions are activated after payment confirmation, and each product's renewal and refund policy applies.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to ensure high availability and security, but we do not guarantee they will be entirely free of interruption or error.
To the extent permitted by law, TKAWEN shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms, notifying you where possible.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Algerian law, and the courts of Annaba shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
