Questions from organisations

What does each plan include?

A complete academy for a year on our servers: hosting and updates, courses and exams, digitally signed certificates, and Chargily or CCP payments. Plans differ in video space, team size, setup and support.

Is the number of learners limited?

No: unlimited learners on every paid plan, and unlimited video viewing under fair use — if your volume is unusual we contact you first and switch nothing off.

How long does it take to launch?

Technically a few minutes; with branding, certificate template and course import: one working day after agreement.

Is our data separate from other organisations?

Yes. Each academy has its own database and address; a trainer sees only their courses and the owner sees only their academy.

How do learners pay?

By EDAHABIA or CIB card through Chargily, or with a CCP transfer receipt the learner uploads and your admin reviews. Free courses open immediately.

Is the certificate officially recognised?

The certificate is issued by your organisation and digitally signed with your academy’s key, with a code and a verification page. Official recognition is your organisation’s matter.

Does it work with our Moodle?

Yes: through LTI 1.3 your programmes open inside Moodle or Canvas and grades flow back; SCORM and xAPI import is ready.
